Please read the terms of the Privacy Policy carefully before registering with Edushire, as they contain important information about the Users rights and obligations.
This Privacy Policy covers the practices for handling and securing the Users Personal Information by Edushire. This Privacy Policy is applicable to persons who download the SpeakTribe App or register on any of Edushire’s other user interface or persons who avail of any of the services from Edushire through any interface of Edushire including website, mobile site, mobile app & offline channels including call centres and retail offices. This Privacy Policy also applies to persons who visit the Edushire’s offices or sales channels.
As a user or customer of Edushire, the person agrees with this Privacy Policy and the terms and conditions mentioned herein.
This privacy statement does not apply to the websites, mobile sites and mobile apps of other third parties, even if their websites are linked to Edushire website. Edushire recommends the User review the privacy statements of the other parties with whom the User interacts.
By accepting the User Agreement the Users agrees to the terms of this Privacy Policy. The User is advised to review the following carefully so that the User understand Edushire’s privacy practices. If the User does not agree to this Privacy Policy, he must not accept the User Agreement or use Edushire Services. This Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into the User Agreement.
1. INFORMATION COLLECTED DIRECTLY
Edushire may ask the User to provide it with certain Personal Information. Edushire may collect this information through various means and in various places through the Services, including account registration forms, feedback forms, or when the User otherwise interact with us. When the User signs up to use the Services, the User is required to create a user profile. Edushire shall ask the User to provide only such Personal Information which is for lawful purpose connected with Edushire Services and necessary to be collected by Edushire for such purpose.

Edushire does not sell, share, rent or trade the personal information collected about the User, other than as disclosed within this Privacy Policy or at the time the User provides the information.
However Edushire may sell or otherwise share anonymised data or its analysis including without limitation, details regarding the User’s coarse demographic, proficiency levels, preferences and usage of Services.
Further, Edushire may be required by the Government and law enforcement officers to disclose any information collected. Edushire may access, use, preserve, transfer and disclose the User information including Protected Information, IP address, device information or geo-location, to Government or law enforcement officials when Edushire reasonably determines it is necessary and appropriate.
5. EXTERNAL LINKS
SpeakTribe App or other user interface may contain external links to third party website or social media networks, Edushire does not have any control over these third parties and therefore disclaims any liability for the use of external links. Third party sites are not governed by this Privacy Policy. The User is advised caution when browsing or posting outside SpeakTribe App or other interface.
6. INFORMATION SHARED BY USER ON SOCIAL MEDIA USING THE SPEAKTRIBE APP
This Privacy Policy shall not cover any information which is shared by the User on various social media channels using the SpeakTribe App or other interface, which is not directly provided by Edushire.
7. SECURITY
The Protected Information and other information collected is securely stored within Edushire databases, and Edushire uses standard, industry-wide, commercially reasonable security practices such as encryption, firewalls and SSL (Secure Socket Layers) for protecting the User information. However, Edushire acknowledges that no security system is impenetrable and therefore Edushire cannot guarantee the security of the databases, nor can Edushire guarantee that information the User provides won't be intercepted while being transmitted to Edushire over the Internet or wireless communication, and any information the User transmits to the Edushire the User does so at his own risk. Further, the User is solely responsible for the confidentiality of password and other account information that the User creates in order to access or use Edushire .
8. CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY
Edushire may from time to time, update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to Edushire information practices. Any changes will be effective immediately upon the posting of the revised Privacy Policy. We advise the User to periodically review this page for the latest information on Edushire privacy practices.

- Edushire may collect information regarding the pages the User visits, the number of times the User accesses the pages, the number of times the User accesses the SpeakTribe App or other user interface, the number of times the User has used the Services of Edushire.
- Edushire may collect and record the user preferences including internal and external links that the User accesses.
- Edushire primarily collects the User information to enhance the quality of service and experience.
- Edushire may send communication that is transactional or promotional in nature via SMS, emails, phone calls or otherwise send notification via the SpeakTribe app using the information collected by Edushire.
- Edushire uses coarse geo-location information for various purposes, including for the improvement of Services provided.
- Edushire may use the information collected for research and data analysis.
- Edushire uses traffic log cookies to identify which pages are being used. This helps to analyse data about webpage traffic and improve Edushire Services in order to tailor it to customer needs.
- The User may choose to accept or decline cookies. The User may modify his browser setting to decline cookies. Some of the features may not work as intended if the User disables Edushire’s use of cookies.
